Only fill out the below form if you are wanting to make the trip for the upcoming 2023 OneWorld Bowl Games in Hanau, Germany, and you are 12u, 14u, or 15U.
You MUST have a valid passport or will obtain a passport.
You must have the means to pay your airfare, hotel, meals, and Player fees.
You must have your own equipment (helmet, shoulder pads, pants/pads, cleats)
You must have a minimum of one (1) parent travel with you.
The non-traveling parent must sign and notarize a "Travel Abroad Form" for you to travel outside the U.S. with the parent who is going.

1. Player Name
2. Age and Grade
3. Email address
4. City/State
5. Position Play
6. Height/Weight
7. Parent name and email
Once your email is received we will check our roster for available spots and get back to you within 4 hours.
