All travelers (players, parents, family members) are responsible for purchasing their own tickets. Travelers should schedule flights to arrive on March 31st at Frankfurt International. You will need to provide Flight Number, arrival time, and number of travelers to Mr. Lee. Bus will take arrivals to hotel. When you pass through the "Customs" doors, a representative of the OWBG will be there to greet you direct you to awaiting bus. Arrivals that are arriving within 1 hour of each other, the bus will wait for the additional travelers before departing.
Team America will stay at the Premier Inn Frankfurt City Centre Hotel. Travelers are responsible making their own reservations at the hotel. The charter bus will pickup and drop off at this hotel. Reservations can be made online direct with the hotel. When on their website, click the German flag and choose the British flag for English. Click the following link to make reservations.
Players fee, and the Parent(s)/Non-Player fee are for each. If additional members are also traveling, they will pay the parent fee?
The player fee is $495.00 and includes: 2 Jerseys, Pant, and Sock; Insurance (injury, sick, and airline), Zybek Combine, Transportation (airport/hotel, and hotel/games); Teams shirt; Ticket for BBQ, OWBG Player fee.
The Parent fee is $350.00 and includes: Insurance (injury, sick, and airline), Transportation (airport/hotel, and hotel/games); Team shirt; Ticket for BBQ, Entry to all games at the stadium all three days.
(All travelers other than the Player will pay the Parent/Non-Player fee).
A Commit deposit of $100.00 per person is due upon commit to lock in roster spot. The balance of Fees must be paid in full by March 1st, 2023.
All Players as well as Parent(s)/Travelers are responsible for their own meals. Thursday BBQ at the stadium is included in your Player/Traveler fee.
Everyone needs a Valid Passport. Passport must have 6 months minimum from return date before it expires. If you do not have a passport you need to apply asap and expedite the process/delivery. I suggest you take passport photo with you to post office as some smaller post offices do not offer photo service or may be out of film.
Covid shots are not needed for entry to Germany. Visas are not required for U.S. Citizens.
U.S. Dollars are not accepted at businesses in Germany or most European Union countries. You can exchange dollars for Euro at the airport, banks, Western Union. Do not purchase Euro in the U.S. as you will get a better rate in Germany. You will need your passport when exchanging Dollars for Euros.
Every player must provide their own equipment (Helmet, Shoulder pads, Pant/pads, cleats). Team America does NOT provide or have equipment to loan.
Everyone is responsible for their own meals. You should include Breakfast in your hotel room reservations. McDonalds, Burger King, Pizza Hut, etc are near by. Many restaurants are also near the hotel. (Thursday BBQ at the Stadium is included in your fee)
